1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, renting equipment, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and rent equipment from us.
• Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Identity Verification: We reserve the right to require identity verification (e.g., a valid ID card) to prevent fraud.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Rental Agreement

• Booking: A binding rental agreement is formed once we confirm your booking.
• Rental Period: The rental period begins on the “Start Date” and ends on the “End Date”. Equipment must be returned on or before the End Date.
• Equipment Condition: You agree to inspect the equipment upon receipt and to notify us immediately of any damage. By accepting the equipment, you acknowledge it is in good working order.

4. User Obligations & Equipment Care

You are fully responsible for the equipment from the time you take possession of it until it is returned. In the event of damage, loss, or theft, you will be liable for the repair or replacement costs, up to the full replacement value of the item. You agree to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner.

5. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations

You agree to pay all rental fees, taxes, and charges. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the rental total and any subsequent fees, such as those for late returns or damages. Our cancellation policy will be detailed at the time of booking.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

The Services and equipment are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiliJay Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all its original content are the exclusive property of LiliJay Rentals and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes.
